By accessing or using SchengenAppointmentsNow.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service provides appointment availability monitoring and notifications for Schengen visa appointment booking portals and related visa application centers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any embassy, consulate, visa application center, or third-party provider (including VFS, TLScontact, or BLS), and we do not sell appointments.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Appointment availability is controlled by third-party systems and may change at any time. Notifications are not guaranteed to be accurate, timely, or successful, and using the Service does not guarantee that you will obtain an appointment. You are responsible for verifying availability directly on the official booking site and for booking your own appointment.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with third-party systems or violate their rules. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, disrupt its operation, or use it to engage in fraud or unauthorized access. If you use optional features that interact with third-party booking portals (such as browser-based monitoring), you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the relevant portal's terms and applicable laws.
Payments, plans, and renewal/expiration dates are described at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not prorated. If we offer a specific refund policy (for example, a refund if you receive zero notifications during a paid period), that policy will be described on the pricing page and will control in the event of a conflict.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed appointments, travel costs, or other losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
